Is a real estate attorney needed on a wholesale transaction??

Hello fellow BP’rs.

Im a newbie to wholesaling...bare with me lol. Must you always use real estate attorneys even for simple plain vanilla deals or can one get away with working with just a title company (New Jersey). I imagine that legal fees can add up even when there is absolutely no legal complications.

Im open to thoughts on this.
