You do not need a mentor for wholesaling.
you need to become an expert on lead gen. Marketing. Negotiations. Get a mentor on that if you like... but wholesaling? Nah man
Get a property under contract, sell the contract and done.
All you need is to do your own education on how it works. It is just knowledge you have to collect, and you do not need to pay anyone to just google it, and read on it. You can even buy an educational package for 500 dollars how to wholesale.
But a mentor? NO!
