Post: Facebook ads for wholesale real estate

Hello my name is Blaine! I work in wholesale in the triad area.

I have run facebook ads before but never for wholesale. Who should I target for wholesale leads such as absentees or distressed properties? What age group as well?

I have a team of 10 callers, but they do not bring in enough leads. 

Anything would help!

How do you get around the selling to cash buyers only? Overall I know pretty much everything when it comes to this stuff. I know they have to get a hard money lender then refinance the deal to get money out. I want people to buy my wholesale deals with a conventional loan and I can wait the 30 days for approval for the loan. Our closings for our wholesale deals can last up to 45 days. We can extend the closings if need be so overall we just need to find a way around the whole "cash buyer" .
