Hi, everybody. Long time lurker but I finally decided to make an account because I couldn't find the answer to my question. Ok so basically I've been reading up on wholesaling lease options and what not. I called around some for rent signs and I have a meeting with a seller in a few days. But after analyzing this, I. Not sure if I should continue to pursue this deal.

He owes 300k to the bank
Mortgage is 2400 a month, he's asking 2900
Seller is NOT behind payments
I believe the home is worth 284k
Looking for a long term lease (5-7 years)

Is this a good deal to wholesale a lease option to a tenant buyer?
