And i did a little research and i found out the property was brought by two people. One of the owners died 10 years later, and previous owner died a year ago. So right now, the property doesnt have an owner. How do i go about securing this property if both the owners are dead? I even went to look at the probate records on my county website to see if it had gone through the process but i found nothing.

Ok so I've located this vacant property in my area. So I took down the address and went online to see the mailing address on file. But than I see that the mailing address is the same as the property address. But the home is vacant. So what do I do? Do I still send the mail to this vacant home or skip this property?

Hi, I'm a wholesaler and I'm looking for a purchase contract and an escape cause. How do I find them on this site? Thanks .

Hi. I had recently contact a homeowner via phone who was interested in selling her home because she wanted to be closer to her family. She has the home listed for 72k in which we also said she has had lots of other people come see the property. So my question is, should I continue to pursue this? And how can I make myself standout from the pack?
