I am having issues with the word age of the contract. Please help

I did not put in my name "and/or assign", but I did put somewhere in the contract "buyer would like permission to advertise the property after restoration of contract."

Does this word age give the the rights to assign this property to a cash buyer as a wholesale investor???? Help
