Gotcha, ill give it a shot.

I looked up the codes there and the parcel numbers. I suppose that's my answer then. If its already subdivided and meets minimum width and length then the area doesn't matter. That's what I am getting

the house can be whatever size, but I thought the lot still had to meet requirements of sq ft in order to build a home on it?

No, I know that haha. But If the lot isn't 15000 sq ft then how can I build a house on it, I thought its not allowed. Or does it matter because its already subdivided that way.

I am looking to purchase land to build new homes on and keep looking at land that is already subdivided in a neighborhood. However, these empty lots would be perfect for a home but the zoning says it requires a minimum of 15000sq ft. (Zone R15s), so I don't think I could build on it if it is smaller than that. But then there are other homes in the subdivision with the same zoning and a home on it that is still smaller than the zone requires in sq ft??? So what am I missing?

Can I build on a plot that says R15s, with less than 15000sqft per home?

Thank you I will buy that book I appreciate it!

Thanks for your help, all of you. I appreciate it. Then if I am working with a realestate agent, is there anything else other than "and/or assign" by my name that I could add that would do the same thing but not raise red flags with the seller?

Thank you very much. I got the question from Jerry Norton's youtube videos on wholesaling, I assumed he was correct because he has done deals in all states using this method with real estate agents, so not to raise a red flag by putting "and/or assign" . But so many people have said they have never done that before, so idk.

I did not put in my name "and/or assign", but I did put somewhere in the contract "buyer would like permission to advertise the property after restoration of contract."

Does this word age give the the rights to assign this property to a cash buyer as a wholesale investor???? Help
