Wholesaling: Subject To
I’m in North Carolina, looking at potential wholesale deal that would make more sense if it were written up as a subject to deal. The problem is that I’m not sure how to actually do the paperwork. I’ve done a purchase & sake agreement. Someone told me to add an “addendum.” What does that even mean? Where can I get one? How do I fill one out? Keep in mind that I don’t have money to pay an attorney. (That’s why I’m wholesaling haha)
