I’m in North Carolina, looking at potential wholesale deal that would make more sense if it were written up as a subject to deal. The problem is that I’m not sure how to actually do the paperwork. I’ve done a purchase & sake agreement. Someone told me to add an “addendum.” What does that even mean? Where can I get one? How do I fill one out? Keep in mind that I don’t have money to pay an attorney. (That’s why I’m wholesaling haha)

I’m brand new to the real estate business, looking forward to meeting the local investors of this growing market. I’m mainly interested in how to get my 1st deal
