Fix and Flip Wholesale deal
Hey, so I have a house... yet it's the oddball out of all the others. Can I use the comps from the neighbors address if I plan to fix and flip it to be comparable to all the other nice homes in the neighborhood? I'm having to add 2 bed rooms plus 1 bath maybe...

@Antoine Smith - NO. Comps need to be VERY similar.
If you can rehab it so it's VERY similar, you may be able to. Ask RE agents who know values well & sell in that n'hood.
