Gettint vacant list

Hello dear bp friends,

I am thinking about going to a county court where I live, and try to obtain vacant list.

With that said, does anyone have any advice or warning, anecdotes you are willing to share?

Any insights would be great! Thanks in advance!

I've used some online resources for finding vacant properties, and they don't seem to be very accurate.  I picked the town next to me just a couple of days ago and did a search for vacant properties.  It actually listed about 7 addresses on one street.  I probably chose about a dozen addresses total as I wanted to test the validity of the search. 

Well, it wasn't accurate.  I found it more fruitful just to go driving for dollars.

That said, I wouldn't give up on trying.  See if you can get a list and then test it out.
