I’m looking forward to this New journey,  I understand How it works but there are a few questions in mind that I need help with. 
1. Do you need an LLC title to start wholesaling?
2. I’m based out of Northern CA specifically In the Monterey county area, Anyone knows any title/escrow/ real estate businesses that are wholesaler friendly that can help in contracts, double / closing deals? 
3. I would appreciate some guidance in making my first deal.
