Here's a quick update. First Happy Thanksgiving.... I put 25 signs up. I've gotten about 9 or 10 calls. I have 25 more signs going up next weekend.
Ibrahim S is correct. Some cities I won't take a chance and put signs up. Chicago is cracking down, but only in certain areas. I'll provide response rates and conversion rates shortly. I'll process is basically a 4 step process to get renters into homes.

I just started a new bandit sign campaign aimed at 1st time homebuyers. The city of Chicago is really cracking down on bandit signs in certain areas...Particularly in the areas I'm rehabbing homes in. So I had to get a virtual # from a server based out of india. This is to make sure they can't trace the signs back to my office. We got 5 calls the first day. We are putting out 50 signs out. So I'll keep you posted on our response rates.
