What to do in wholesaling pretty house situation
Me and two business partners went to our go view a property in which the owner is very motivated to sell. It is a brand new house built this year, The only thing that needs to be done is the backyard(which is just all dirt) said needs to sell and the ARV is around $545k , she paid 518k. I was thinking of possibly doing a lease option but if much rather just wholesale it to get rid of it. What should I offer? Also what discount would a rehabber or renter pay for this property? Is there anyways to wedge a way into this deal ?
