Wholesale newbie buyer question

Cierra Farmer
Posted

Hello.

So I have a few buyers that are interested in a property and the communication is through social media. My question is when a buyer approaches me with interest what should the process be? At what time should I approach them with buyers contract?

Seems like the questions I keep getting are what is the address?

@Cierra Farmer 1st , ask do you have any experience in your market , 2nd lets see a bank statement with the funds, not a HML, letter, I do nothing without seeing the funds, 99% are FOS.

Also I love  this new term " wholesaling, " It seems some guru said it at a seminar and now everyone uses it and is a wholesaler. All you are doing is flipping a contract.

Good Luck
