That makes no sense. Why would a wholesaler show you the deal made with the seller. The number 1 rule as a Real Estate Agent is to not mix buyer and seller relations. Those rules still apply as a wholesaler.

Hello.

So I have a few buyers that are interested in a property and the communication is through social media. My question is when a buyer approaches me with interest what should the process be? At what time should I approach them with buyers contract?

Seems like the questions I keep getting are what is the address?
