Wholesaling Retail / Apt Properties
Is Wholesaling a retail store front property with an apt attached in the back a difficult property to find a buyer? I am trying to figure out if I should pursue this Wholesale opportunity or move on. I heard retail transactions take a lot longer, partly because it is hard to find a buyer?
