What's In Your Wholesaler 'Toolkit'?

Hi All

Interested in what you use from lead gen to close: CRM to team member communication, virtual assistants to Docusign etc. I know there are some simple approaches out there and I'm intrigued by that. Obviously, minimizing costs in the beginning is key. I'm trying to learn the ropes without lost opportunity cost creeping in - especially in the admin dept.

Any and all thoughts welcome!

@Joseph Cameron,

If you're just getting started, don't get bogged down in setting up the systems.  You're going to spend so much time perfecting your system that you're not going to focus on actually starting it.

I'm a tech/systems guy, and I want to automate everything I can.  And I will.  But, I'm working on that as I'm networking, gathering leads, marketing, building my team, etc.  If I allowed myself to focus solely on automating my business, I'd be far more automated, but wouldn't have anything to automate.  This is especially hard for me because I love business automation.  (Yes, I have a GEEK stamp on my forehead!)
