Skip Tracing current lead list?

Is there a way to skip trace a list already acquired from Listsource in order to find more information?

I already purchased a list from listsource that I planned to direct mail market to only, so I did not pay to get the phone numbers. Now, I'd like to have phone numbers and any other contact information available for the owners of the properties on this list. Am I able to use this same list to get phone numbers, without having to put in individual properties one by one on a website? (ie, upload current list to search for phone numbers, etc).

Or do I just need to purchase list again and pay for the phone numbers this time?

I hope this makes sense. Any assistance is appreicated!!
