Closing attorney for wholesale deals

New to wholesaling. Have a promising appointment with a seller this weekend. When it’s time to find a closing attorney and you have no specific go to person, would you rely on your buyer’s closing attorney? If not, how do you go about finding a reliable closing attorney ?

@Anytwonette Jordan,

Go to local REI meetups and ask for referrals. You can also just start calling random title companies, but be prepared to explain at a high level what you're doing. Not all of them work with wholesalers and won't understand the process. When you talk to one of these, move on.
