Is Wholesaling lots/land more difficult than wholesaling houses?

Hi, I'm an extremely new wholesaler in the Northeast Atlanta market. I haven't even done my first deal although I'm working on it. But I was wondering about wholesaling lots. If it's much different than houses. Or more difficult.  Any tips? All information and advice is welcome.

@Shawn Hundley,

As I've been networking and building my buyers list, I've found only a few people that want empty lots.  They are a different kind of investor than many of the flippers and landlords I meet.  But that's in my area and in the circles I've been traveling.

I suggest getting involved in your local REI community. Ask people if they're interested in land. Ask them if they know people who are interested in land. Find out who does, and find out from them who they work with that also might want land.
