Hello everyone

I’m 19 and a couple months ago I started researching wholesaling and soaked up as much knowledge about real estate as a whole and I can now say I know the subject on an advanced level.

I haven’t started using this knowledge because as of now I’m at a standstill. I’m worried that sellers are going turn me down and not take me seriously because of my age.

What should I do to make sure being 19 isn’t what causes me to lose out?

For one- Don't assume you know something you've never done on an advanced level.

Lots of successful young wholesalers. Find a local mentor. Make some moves.
