I am fairly new to real estate and I’m wanting to learn how to find good wholesale deals online. I am interested in joint venturing with other wholesalers, but I’m having trouble finding deals with any meat left on the bone. What are some good website or sources to find off market investment properties? Any advice?

What's a good lead source for wholesale deals to JV on? I've been trying to cowholesale on my house deals.com and the numbers are not accurate and i havent had any luck making connections. I 'm looking for a new platform or website that has great deals with accurate information.
