Looking for recommendations for a CRM system. If there's a system out there that also tracks expenses, that would be a huge help! One that can easily calculate ROI is a huge plus.

Which companies/avenues do you use to obtain leads for wholesaling? I'm using the term "solid" loosely and realize the challenges in wholesaling, but I'm wondering if you've had success with certain lead generation comoanies. Interested in learning about Absentee Owners, Divorce and tax liens.
