I want to get into wholesaling I’m located in Phoenix any suggestions on where to go? Or how to start? I feel like I need to shadow someone to see how everything work. Does any one have advice?

Before you find out any laws, before you even look at Biggerpockets for advice... you get a website (I recommend investor carrot), and you make it live.

YOU DO THIS RIGHT NOW!

It doesn't matter what you will do later, flip, wholesale, B&H. You need leads period.

So why do you start getting a website? Well, because

1) it is cheap. 15 dollars on godaddy, and 50 dollars for investor carrot site.

2) The older the website the easier it is to rank #1. And I had no idea how true this is till I ranked one of my clients #1 in 28 days! His website was 2.5 years old!

So you KNOW you WILL need a website eventually and doing this first will give you the advantage over every other competitor that will start their website AFTER you start yours!

This is practical actionable advice you can do now that will give you tremendous ROI. Then like @Dustin P. said. Go superglue yourself to some other good investors forehead.

do it do it do it!
