I read a book where it says I should ask for 3 months to ask. Does it depend on the cash buyer?

@Fili Aguirre You seem to ask a lot of questions that have easily obtainable answers if you would make the effort to look. You clearly have no clue what you’re doing. Perhaps take the time to actually do some research before you go out there and start handing out contracts like they dont mean anything.
