Do you do a visual inspection first then estimate repairs then get the deal under contract and then do a professional inspection?

@Account Closed great question! 

I'm sure everyone has a different opinion, but we do a visual inspection then make an offer and purchase the property. If there is something in the house that we're not clear on, then we'll hire an inspector.
