Need Help Closing Deal. Willing to do joint venture if need be.

So I have a house under contract for $65,000 in the Chicago South Suburbs area, it’s worth after repairs is $135,000-$155,000. This is my first wholesale deal, I’m 20 and fresh in the game with little to no money for marketing. I’ve tried most of the strategies that are possible for finding cash buyers just using the resources I have. What are some suggestions and next steps that I can probably take that will be more effective? Closing date is approaching and I don’t want to lose contract. Any advice?
