Was wondering is there anyway possible to get my hands on unsecured money with a good credit score ? Want to do my first fix and flip, but I don’t know how to go about getting the funds to support it. Any feedback would help. Thanks.

@Adam Mitchell how would you say I should go about getting the money to start off if I have little to none?

Which would be a great first investment for a 20 year old in order to start getting some skin in the real estate game, purchasing a duplex or a property in foreclosure at an auction?

I heard Illinois created a new law that was just passed a few days ago for wholesalers stating “Unless you have your realtors license wholesalers can’t perform anymore real estate deals” is this true??????

So I have a house under contract for $65,000 in the Chicago South Suburbs area, it’s worth after repairs is $135,000-$155,000. This is my first wholesale deal, I’m 20 and fresh in the game with little to no money for marketing. I’ve tried most of the strategies that are possible for finding cash buyers just using the resources I have. What are some suggestions and next steps that I can probably take that will be more effective? Closing date is approaching and I don’t want to lose contract. Any advice?
