Wholesaling in Las Vegas

I have been trying to wholesale for about a month and a half now, yet I have no leads at all. I'm doing what is said to work such as driving for dollars, bandit signs, and cold calling but I still got nothing. Are these methods outdated? Is it normal to go this long without results? I've tried so many different methods, but I can't seem to figure out what would REALLY work.
