Potential Lead Out of State...Suggestions?

Hi BP Members,

I might have a potential property lead in the Atlanta, GA area. I am here in Texas. I personally am not ready to personally handle out of state deals but don’t want to lose an opportunity to make a profit from this lead.

What would you suggest I do or better yet, what would you do in this situation?

Thanks
