Newbie looking for wisdom

Hey guys Vann here from Kansas City, Mo. just found this site/forum a few days ago. Looking to get into the real estate game.

Just reading a few of the posts I’ve learned so much and realized there is so much wisdom and experience within this site!

I’m thinking since I do not have much capital, would wholesaling be the best way to start out to try to gain capital? Then maybe once I’ve got a few deals under my belt I can look to buy and hold or buy and rehab/flip.

I’m a newbie so I’m just looking for any advice, suggestions, strategies etc that you all could offer. Which route would be the best to take?

Thank you!

@Vann Calhoune It's really a misconception that wholesaling doesn't require much capital. Most successful wholesalers spend a tremendous amount on lead generation. Kansas City is a very competitive market so you will have a lot of competition.
