Since I am more experienced with probate, and absentee owners, being that I just moved here from Pennsylvania, to Tucson a month ago, I see the SJ2's are a big market for wholesalers and investors. The investor and wholesalers here are very welcoming, and I see the opportunity, so I would love to JV with someone that can help me structure the deal. I have all the numbers, and I believe there is opportunity. Did a walk thru of the home this morning, and it is definitely a turnkey property.
