Hello was wondering how do I wholesale an unfinished house? It has materials on lot it looks about 45% finished. Any help would be great

a 10,000 sq ft house makes no sense in an area that has houses $290k. Not something I would be able to assist you as I don't know the area nor do I have access to comps in that area. Sounds like a mess if they builders already ran out of funds.
