Networking in the Louisville Kentucky area

I am trying to network with as many people possible in the Louisville Kentucky area there is a lot of potential in this city and would like to invest with cash buyers realtors and other wholesalers ! I got my first contract signed about a week ago and am learning a lot of on the job training lol.
