What’s a Fair Wholesale Fee Cut for Inside Sales?

What do you all think is a fair commission cut of a wholesale fee for an inside sales agent that: contacts the leads (i provide the lead), sets appointment, goes on appointment and communicates our offer to the seller, does everything he can to get them to a “yes” and then the back office sends out the contract and takes over the closing and marketing to find a buyer from there

I pay for the marketing and advertising to get the leads, i run all comps and numbers and provide the offer price to make, i write up the contract and send to seller, and handle all of the marketing and communications with Buyers

Any advice is helpful! I want to pay him fairly, i think it should be a percentage of the fee since the amounts vary drastically for us ($5k-80k)
