Should I get home under contract anyway?

I saw a house I may be interested in wholesaling. The owner has relocated out of state. His home for sale is in my state. Although the home is vacant, the owner left all his stuff still in the house. I came by to look at the house on my way home from work. I noticed as I looked at the house closer that it still has blinds in the window and it has a chair, big screen TV, and couch and some other stuff still in this house. I was able to see that through the crack of the blinds. I wanted to get a hold of a home that is vacant and empty. How would this work out if was to find a buyer who wants to buy the house, but the seller's posessions are left behind while he has relocated out of state? I am just saying all his stuff needs to be gone because I know there is no way he is letting the next buyer have his huge floor model TV along with the house. Or would he?

Lots of possibilities....as we speculate. The owner could be doing a short term rental until the house sells, a "home sitter" keeping others from causing problems and keeping the place up for showings. It could be his relative in there. If the property is listed and you know it's the right house for sale ask a Realtor. If it's a FSBO with a sign in the yard, knock on the door.

Have you seen the TV working? ....LOL, it could be trash to haul off!
