Wholesale Real Estate Contracts
All,
I am debating between leveraging agreements/contracts I find online for free versus having an attorney draft them for me. I am leaning towards spending anywhere from $750-$1,250 for an attorney because I am hesitant to overstep any legal boundaries.
For those of you who have faced this dilemma before, what was your deciding factor?
Further, are any of you Southern Californian Wholesalers using online contracts? If so, how are they working for you? Any backlash?
Very best,
