AGENTPRO247 or LISTSOURCE ??? For finding motivated sellers.. looking for my first deal.. already built a list for possible cash buyers using Cody Hofhine’s method of Craigslist.. I would use listsource I have the money saved from a rental cash flowing for me right now but I heard agentpro247 is cheaper.. which is best for me? Looking to wholesale these deals!
