Hello is there anybody in the Toledo Ohio area that does wholesaling? I just got done finishing a nursing program & I have been wanting to get into real estate for the longest because I believe with hard work this can change my life but I want to start out with wholesaling because it will help me build reserves so when I do get my own properties I will have the money to buy houses & take care of the maintenance on them. My sister & I have been doing are home work & research etc videos books podcast & also bigger pockets forum such has this site. We just want to get experience and real world info from wholesaler's in the area and maybe find a good mentor because I am very serious about this and I am willing to put the work in. My number one question is the rules we kind of Know the basics of wholesaling but wanna know the rules or laws in our area and just where to start?
