Beginning with Wholesaling...????

Those of you that started out Wholesaling...what are some simple steps to focus, so nothing is missed? What is the process you used? I’m a checklist type of person. Lol.

@Josh Loayza LOL @ eavesdropping! I dont like to make generalizations. To be safe assume that all title companies dont do it and call around and find the ones who will. Remember title companies make money when the close transactions so if you tell them you will close the bulk of your deals with them it will go a long way to create a long lasting relationship with them. Having a title company that does special favors for you is priceless.
