Other Lists to Find Motivated Sellers???

Hello BiggerPockets!

Are there other types of lists that you recommend to target motivated sellers besides the absentee list? If so what are they? How are you all finding success?

@Ericka Chatman Public records, probate, divorce attorneys, pre-foreclosure, register of deeds, county websites, city websites, etc.

There are services that you can pay for that will provide you a list. Keep in mind they aren’t always accurate. You may need to cross reference them by another service like been verified, white-pages, etc. again it’s not always 100% accurate.
