Have you attended any MAREI meetings? There are a lot of investors/ cash buyers there that you can network with. If you search in the BiggerPockets search box the business page should come up. You can also google it.

Are there other types of lists that you recommend to target motivated sellers besides the absentee list? If so what are they? How are you all finding success?

Welcome 😊. I read “If You Can’t Wholesale After This...I’ve Got Nothing For You” by Todd M. Fleming. Also start attending local Real Estate meetings to build your buyers list. Join local Real Estate Facebook groups too. Most will have a list of cash buyers or you can connect with the buyers. Once you have your buyers list then get out there and start finding deals. The biggest thing is just jumping in. Make yourself do something Wholesaling or Real Estate related every day. 

@Gary Gristick I didn’t either. I just wanted a really small specific list. Maybe I’ll create a few different lists and see if it will allow me to purchase them at the same time.

I just tried to purchase a list on Listsource and I guess my search was too small, and the price too low, because it wouldn't let me purchase without spending $50.

Where did you get your list? I’m interested in purchasing one myself.

What management company do you use? I’m just starting off and have been researching.
