Hello BP, My first post!

I am wanting to get my direct mail campaign going. Specifically for pre-foreclosures. Does anyone know a reliable List broker/ data company that can get me info on Pre-foreclosure data in my area?

To my knowledge 30,60,90 lists are sold by credit agencies and may not be accessible to investors. However, the Recent Lis Pendens/NOD foreclosure fillings are available either local or statewide from a list broker.

Need some help on data providers who I can purchase this info from.

Will Barnard & Nick J., Local title Company?? NOD list?? Can you please expound on this? How would one go about getting this list? Is it just something you can call and request??
