@Jerry Puckett

We are looking for personal investment and everything else to wholesale out. Figured when dealing with large commercial deals the professional letter would be the best. I was more wondering about $250,000 sfr homes or less. What type of letter do you get the best response from?

Btw thank you for the response.

I am going to start a mailing campaign in the greater Houston area. I’m going to be hitting residential and commercial properties. What do you find works best for both situations postcards, yellow letters, notecards or professional looking letters? Thank for the help.

@James Dean-Howell

I am a realtor in Houston. I would first call them and see if they answer the phone. Ask them about the past experiences they have and see if it is inline with your business. Then ask them to send you some comps on a property you are looking at. Analysis there responses and compare the to other realtors you talk to. Also talk to other investors in your area and ask who they use. I hope it helps.
