Northwest Land Investing
Trying to move my Land Investing from Southwest to Northwest.
Seems alot of companies are hitting the Desert areas.
Looking for nicer land (Land with Trees instead of Tumbleweeds).
Looking for best counties to mail Delinquent owners. Targeting smaller priced lots (5 - 10 Acres) ($100 or less per Acre).
I appreciate the information.

land in the northwest that is not high desert and worthless for 100 an acre is a total pipe dream.
