Wholesaling process after under contract
Hi mates,
I have a basic Q: what is the flow of wholesaling once I have some property under contract?
I mean, how do I resell it (its not mine yet)? can i put it on MLS (i guess no..but)? direct marketing?
Any similar discussion that you may guide me?
Tnx:)

@Yan Valsky MLS is a big no no unless you close on the property and own it yourself. You should have a buyers list to reach out to once you have a property under contract. Also dont forget Bigger Pockets has a marketplace where you can post your deals.
