Hi people:)

Would appreciate your advise on the following deal: 4plex, current rent 700 can be raised to 750/800. After remodel can be raised to max 900. No HOA, tax ~3k. Remodel cost 40-60k. How much would you pay for that 4plex?

Hi mates,

I have a basic Q: what is the flow of wholesaling once I have some property under contract?

I mean, how do I resell it (its not mine yet)? can i put it on MLS (i guess no..but)? direct marketing?

Any similar discussion that you may guide me?

Tnx:)

Hi mates,

I have a Q regards foreclosure:

since the property is owned by the bank, is there an option, instead of buing the house from the bank, to offer the bank to pay the loan on the monthly bases (like the previous owner) and they will transfer the house on my name?

hope the Q is clear...

tnx
