Script for calling cash buyers

Alena Howard
Posted

I finally bought a list of cash transactions in my county and now I want to contact them to widen my buyer's list. I'm not really interested in direct mailing them. I'd rather have my VA call them. Could someone point me in the right direction on how they successfully contact buyers in their area?

I agree that going to a local meetup group is one of the best ways to meet cash buyers. However, since you have already purchased the list of cash buyers the question now is what's the best way to use that information. If you have the info in excel then I would total up the number of purchases for each buyer and see who is dominating your market. I suspect that a large portion of the buyer list will be LLCs and some large buyers split their ownership into multiple entities. Still, you could get a feel for who is doing a lot of deals and who is doing just one or two. Those who are doing a lot of deals probably don't need you (no offense!). Those who have only done one or two are probably still on the lookout for more deal sources. Best of luck to you!
