I finally bought a list of cash transactions in my county and now I want to contact them to widen my buyer's list. I'm not really interested in direct mailing them. I'd rather have my VA call them. Could someone point me in the right direction on how they successfully contact buyers in their area?

Hi Everybody, 

I am wondering if anyone knows how to acquire the delinquent tax roll from Fulton/Gwinnett County? I called and the rep says they don't have a tax delinquent list, only a tax sale list. From my understanding, once its on the sale list, isnt it too late to wholesale?
